Disgusting after sales service

I tried making contact yesterday by phone and email and still no response as it is a claim so obviously they put you to theback of the queue or totally disregard your inquiry . I wonder if it was for a new fitment they would answer you immediately. I fi d their after sales service disgusting and hope that no one else uses them and gets the same kind of service
