Subject Defective Continental Tyre Puchased at Supa Quick Randfontein

I bought two continental tyres from Supa Quick Randfontein on the 15 November 2024 for R6200. One tyreis now Swollen and useless. When I asked Supa Quick to help, the manager said it might be a pothole and they couldn't do anything. I am unhappy with their response . I want them to replace or refund the defective tyre. Especially as it took only half a month. Above that there was no transparency saying if I experience any problem they wouldn't help.

Please help me resolve this issue
