Damaged rims on vehicle while fitting tyres

I have a brand new Ford Ranger Wildtrak 2017 not even 3 months old. On the 2nd of October 2017, I received new tyres for the vehicle as I have a sponsor for tyres. I then took the vehicle and tyres to the Supa Quick branch in Silver Lakes, Pretoria for fitment.

I asked if they could fit the tyres for me and balance them. The Manger advised that this would not be a problem and directed me to the fitment station.

After waiting for a prolonged period, I inspected the wheels and noticed that technician had in fact scratched my new rims on the vehicle? I showed this to the Manger Pieter which didn’t have much to say. He simply went to the desk to call another engineering shop whom will apparently be able to repair the rims. This is unacceptable to me! Why should I now suffer the loss and have repaired rims on my brand-new vehicle because of their bad workmanship?

The rim is scratched in four places through the machined surface? It also has dent marks. The worst of all is they damaged a second rim as well but at least not to the extent of the first rim. I have all the relevant pictures and the invoice from Supa Quick.

I know have two damaged rims on my brand-new Ford Ranger? On top of this I also had to pay R 456.00 for damaging services provided to me.

After I left Supa Quick I went directly to Ford in order to get a quote for a new rim which they provided. This will be to the amount of R 5 879.10. which I then gave the to Pieter. I am not willing to accept a repaired damaged rim as a solution to their bad service.

Supa Quick please advise steps needed to be taken to resolve the matter ASAP.
