Customer service what is that
There no zero star facility unfortunately so had to give them one star.
Today I got a phone call from supa quick bruma. The reception woman which I will not mentioned her name was trying to explain to me that a guy came on Monday that has tattoes to get his battery that brought there to charge overnight as it was flat. She said that he took a new battery etc and before she carried on, I explained to her that was not what happened. Before I could get a chance to finish what happened, she speaking over me saying "listen to me" etc etc etc. I said to her if she cannot speak to me properly that her supvisor must phone me as I cannot speak to her acting like this. I ended the call.
Few minutes later my father phones me to tell me she phoned him as he was the one who brought the battery in for checking and supa quick said it needed charging so he left it there. He was very upset the way this woman spoke to him as well and I said that we will go down to the premises to sort it out as there is obviously a misunderstanding.
I personally phoned to speak to the woman's supervisor to complain about they way the woman spoke to me as well as my father and I said to the manager that my husband will be down there later today to sort the problem out and bring the battery.
My husband wrote this review a short while ago on Google review supa quick and he is absolutely disguised with the service from supa quick bruma. See below.
My whole family spends alot of money on tyres, batteries etc and we definately will not after this experience go back and support them after the end result from the manager was received. There is another company next door to them and we will be using there service now.
This place is a joke I came in on Monday to collect a battery, the lady that helped me Amanda proceeded to bring me a new battery. I told her that it wasn't my battery. She told me no it's fine. So I asked how much I had to pay, R200, I paid... Apon requesting my slip for the cash I had paid I was told she cannot issue one. A colleague then told her how to do it.
Come to Thursday and my girlfriend gets and extremely rude phone call from Amanda stating that I had ****** the battery and how can I think a battery is worth R200. My girlfriend asked to speak to her manager and then she put the phone down. She then processes to phone my father in law and gives him the same attitude that she gave my girlfriend.
The manager Owen apparently over heard the call and called my girlfriend and explained that this is not the first time this has happened. I have now had to waste a good portion of my day returning the battery I "stole" getting my old battery back that I paid R200 to have charged, that I actually hope is charged.
Thanks super quick, not only do you intrude on my F1 time by showing me ads that **** my screen.... Now you actually wasting my time in real life. My suggestion go next door to Trend Tyer at least they actually know what service is and how to provide it.
And low and behold.... The battery that I paid R200 to have charged does not work. Wonderful guess I'm not buying it from Super Quick.
