******* service providor or Stupid customer?

<p>I called this morning to find out if 2 front controller arms can be replaced on my Toyota Corolla 2003 model and the quote was R2200 from Supa Quick but with no stock but the customer service person said he could source it in 30 minutes. I phoned around to get some prices and stock availability and found the 2 controller arms in stock and at R1110. I understand that spares is part of the business. I went back to Supa Quick and asked if these controller arms can be fitted. The answer from one customer service person was no and the other one " can I see"? Which is still understandeble as I didn't purchase the controller arms from Supa Quick. I asked what would the cost be to fit and the answer was R1600. At this time both the customer service people was outside with 3 staff. The one person looked at the controller arms still w****d in plastic and said it is ok to fit. THE PROBLEM IS, DON"T TELL ME THE JOB WILL BE DONE FOR R1200 CASH OR HOW MUCH HAVE YOU GOT! Is this specials that Supa Quick run on cash deals? If this is Supa Quick business practise please let me know so I can withdraw this and appoligize as a stupid customer.</p>
