Car not fixed but had to pay.

I took my car to supa quick in Kya sands for a R150.00 priced check then they told me they couldn't find the problem with the car and couldnt help me with the suspension noise .then yet still i had to pay. but why should one pay for not receiving help or info on what is going on. I was told to pay anyway.
