Car Liscence Disk Renewal (Supaquick/Disky/CanCom)

The car liscence disk renewal process advertised by SupaQuick, in partnership with Cancom and Disky was an extremely frustrating customer experience. I used them to renew 3 car discs, and the process was extremely chaotic. The only part that worked well was them taking your money "SupaQuick". After numerous calls/mails/followups, which are ignored, I indicated that I will seek help from their CEO's, after which there was some action and my discs were renewed. Just days before the renewal period was about to end. This could be such a great service, if all 3 partners got their act together. Until such time, I will be gladly standing in the que at the Post office.
