Car licence renewal

I've done my car licence renewal through Super Quick on 4 September, the process is supposed to take 10 working days to have my disc at the branch. On the 11th working day I received "confirmation" that my renewal is being being processed. To date I am still waiting. I've been given numbers to call which ring until your airtime cuts and whatsapps go unresponded. Really not impressed with the service, it feels like I have been **********.
