Broken streering coloum

I have experienced the worst service at Supaquick Lebowa Kgomo, took my car in for fitting of new rag ends , but instead they broke my car's steering coloum, when you turn on the ignition the steering just turns to the right, now I can't drive the car, the worst part is that the manager is not taking me serious, when I reported that matter to him he told me to take the car to Westvaal so they can give a report of what was wrong with the car, I emailed him the invoice and up until today he keeps on saying I will get back to you when I call him, its been 6 days now, I am so frustrated , I don't have a car to take my kids to school anymore and I can't do my normal errands.
