Beware: Supa Quick will not honor their warranties!

In 2017 Supa Quick ran a radio ad campaign offering a lifetime warranty on Monroe shocks for a limited period. This sounded like a good offer so i bought 4 new shocks at their Durban road branch. After the installation i inquired about the process i need to follow to ensure the warranty remains valid going forward. I was told there is no additional documentation, I simply need to keep the invoice to produce should i need to claim - which i kept safe for 7 years. Now I'm being told they will not honor warranty as i have no additional paper work and they cant recall the ad campaign. I'm also starting to think there is a reason they didnt provide me with documentation when i originally requested it. Do not expect Supa Quick to honor their warranties. They are about as valid as the business ethics of this company
