Been to supa quick branches just near the old airport durban on a few occasions. SERVICE was inefficient and unprofessional. Got the 10point free ebucks check a few times. Endless delays on supa quicks part to get the ebucks credit .dealing with head office Andreas totally inefficient. Two different manager's both branches near the old durban airport Altaf and Imraan, Didn't even know the rules abt the ebucks and sent away client's saying the 10 point check is done away with. Had to get their head office to intervene and tell them they incorrectly advising client's!!! How PATHETIC is that when two manager's dont know their own RULES. Yet again another ebucks delay with supa quick and Andreas cannot resolve!!!
