Bad service on wheelchanges

On the 27/02/2024 at 11.54 I had my tyres change at sunwardparks superquick and Mathhew toke the car for a test drive the next morning I was driving and my rear wheel made a hell of a noise and I though it was the wheelbearing and toke it to a mechanic to look at it upon arrival the mechanic showed me the wheel was complete lose. i am really cross because I have my children in the car wiith me and dont even want to know what would have happended if that wheel cam lose. Really not good service at all I woul not recomend superquick sunwardpark to anybody.
