Bad service on tyre insurance

My aged Aunt recently fitted 4 new tyres at this branch and took out their tyre insurance. on Thursday 7th January 2016 she was travelling between Brits and Thabazimbi and had a blowout which ruined the tyre, the tread completely peeled off, subsequently damaging the car when it span off the road. on the 8th january she contacted the branch and no one was interested in accepting responsibility for the insurance the supp****, right up to the so called area sales manager, after many strong words they wanted us to bring the car to them, which could not happen due to the damage that had been caused by the blowout. Later they said the salesman from the Springs branch would come to her residence near springs to assess the tyre at 13h30 on Saturday 9 January, this never happened and no excuses were offered.<br> If this is the type of insurance they sell and service they offer i feel the public should know about it
