Bad Service, ***** and ********

<p>I fitted 5 new tyres a week ago. I asked for bigger sized and they assured me that the tyres they qouted on are the biggest size available from the manufacturer.</p> <p>After a few days I decided that I would prefer to have a bigger size fitted to the vehicle. I went onto their website to find the following very disturbing information.</p> <p>1. The Supa quick website indicates that there are bigger sizes available of the tyres i Fitted.</p> <p>2. I paid R2600 per tyre and the website list it as R1800. I consider a difference of R800 per tyre a total ripp off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I visited the shop this morning to be entertained by very rude and unhelpfill people. I told my story that I would like to swop the tyres (with less than 100km) for bigger once. I also asked about the price difference.</p> <p>Without any indication of willingness to assist me or make a deal, i was boldly told there is nothing we can do.</p> <p>This is bad business. I am more than willing to take a loss on trading the tyres in, but they arenot even willing to negotiate a deal after they **** to me and grosely overcharged me.</p> <p>Subsequent to this I was aslo informed by othe people in the area that they are known for rippping people off.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
