Bad service and empty promises

After taking my car to Supa Quick Kyalami for new brake pads, they stripped a stud on my wheel when they removed the tyre. I was told to bring my car back the following Monday and they would replace the stud. When I took my car back, they stripped another stud and then claimed they were struggling to get replacements. I was told by Naeem that he would prioritise the search and would get back to me the following day with feedback. These promises ensued for 3 weeks after which I took my car to the dealership directly. They had to replace all four studs on one wheel as Supa quick had over tightened all the units and had stripped them in the process, replacement cost me R640 and this is all due to poor workmanship and incompetence caused by Supa Quick. After sales service was also awful and I was made one empty promise after another. Save yourself the time and money and take your car to a reputable workshop.
