Bad service
I bought new brakes for my car at the Supa Quick Cresta branch 4 months ago as assisted by a manager called George. They have prematurely worn out as confirmed through inspection at the same branch last Saturday as per a manager called John. John told me i should return at anytime this Saturday morning between 7am and 12pm to have my brakes replaced at no cost. I have the receipt to prove that i bought the brakes at the same service station. Today Barbara Malan is the manager on duty. I arrived at 11:30am. She refuses to have my car attended to because she says she has to attend a funeral and is closing the store at 12. I was not made aware of this arrangement as I arrived in the morning. She says i cannot contact John because he is in hospital. My brakes are in a very bad state and this makes my car unsafe to continue driving.

This is very bad service as the personal arrangements of Barbara Malan should affect service to me as a frequent customer of Supa Quick Cresta. I have tried to call the complaint telephone number of the Supa Quick head office but it is not being answered. I work long hours during week and therefore John agreed that I should bring my car this Saturday.
