Bad Service

<p>The Supa Quick Boysens service is dispicable!!! For a replacement of a set of front shocks on a VW the service took 8 hours. No update was provided and nor even a courtesy call to inform me the vehicle was ready for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I drove in my car at 9:30 in the morning. After the required approvals, called in at around 3pm to find the car was just being started,.This is after 2 calls where I was told the service advisor was on lunch. I had to call in at 4:30 to find out about the progress and to fecth my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is actually the secnd time this happens, the first time with a Toyota (to check the brake pads) it took the entire day, and I accetped their apology. </p>
