Bad Service

I went to the Rustenburg branch to get a tyre checked for a puncture, A compressor gun was used to remove the wheel nuts. The technician couldn't find the puncture. I had to point out where the leak was. He fixed it and was about to use the gun again to replace the nuts when I insisted he use a spanner. One nut was already damaged and I had to wait hours for it to be replaced. The only good was that there was no charge.
