bad quality good , promised refund no refund, rude

we are very disgusted in the service from fishershill they gave us cheap tyres and it damaged on the highway!!! first one damaged on the me2 a week later the second one as well . they told us the supplier will refund the first but we couldnt accept a swop as our drivers life is more important they told us they will credit us we must put new tyres so long and we believed them in good faith we put new tyres . they never got back to us we did numerous calls when i spoke to kerry he said bring the invoice he will refund . then later he called he said he wont refund . very rude he said it was us who damaged the tyres . they give us the worst quality tyres and make us buy new ones and then treat us bad after promising refund . strange how the quality tyres and the tyres we get from continental (who we have supported the last 10 years never did that) luckily we did take photos, it sadens us that we will have to alert and make a consumer act claim .<br> <br> <br>
