BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day All I went to super quick edenvale today, 09/05/2019 i have experience a very bad customer service. 1. When i enter there one service guy was on his cell phone did not care what i doing there as the client. 2. Adder two service guys were busy chatting did not recognise my visibility there. 3. I went to the counter another service super/manager to me that he busy with his paper work i should wait for him to finish(20min) his paper work. 4. I have experience a RESIST at that super quick because they helped the WHITE lady that came after me and i was still not assisted. 5. After waiting that long they assess my car for the issue of the battery they never bordered to tell me whit the battery they just give me the small SLIP.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT SUPER QUICK
