Bad Battery Fitment!

So i replaced my battery on 28 Dec 2015. My car started acting strange. The radio screen died and lost connection randomly. The car only starts every second tome you turn the ignition. When I checked the battery, I was shocked!<br> <br> The battery clip was not on tight, and I was unable to tighten it myself. This just says to me, they fitted the incorrect battery, since the clip does not fit. <br> <br> So now, I do not want to drive with the car, I have to drive my Fiances car until Saturday when I can Return to the branch to fix the issue.
