At last a business that cares

Went for a car battery test on Sat morning. It was busy and no one in reception for a while. Waited a while and decided to come back monday. As I got to my car in the parking area a lady came to me to ask if she could help me. I ended up having a new battery fitted. The lady had seen me from the back office coming and leaving and had made the effort to walk after me to my car to assist. 99% of people would have just left me to go. Thank you
