17 Hours NO SERVICE Brakes

NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN 16 hours of my life was wasted at this pathetic excuse of a service provider, especially regarding the business name (supa quick). First occasion I waited 9 hours for a simple silencer change on my Land Cruiser only to be told they don't have the parts then the welding gas runs out then the welder starts fighting and kicking his equipment all over the place tell me how his boss does provide him with the correct tools for the job. Then the part arrives then the other gas for welder runs out... no apologies during this time. The gas comes back the welder starts again. The two welded brackets break off from such a poor job of welding ( maybe the wrong tools) 9 hours later and a 150km drive home. NOW After my second visit due to wholes and leaks in the welding of my brand new 2k silencer it's a complete wastes I'm loosing pressure and power in my car. So I return for the welding and to just have break disk fitted. SUCH A SIMPLE JOB WOULD TAKE ROUGHLY 30MIN PER WHEEL.I call the owner yes THE OWNER and ask him do you HAVE THE PARTS he says YES I say are you sure he says YES I say I don't want to drive 150KM for no reason he says no problem just come in I got everything. So 1 hour later 9am I arrive. To save you all from a long story. Nothing happened except a repeat from the previous trip. Welder ran out of gas they did not have my break disk or pads and we're unable to get them so I drove home after waiting 7 hours... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS. Not to mention I had to take two days off work to have this experience which costed further 3-4k... so SUPA QUICK if you would like a chance to rectify this with me your absolute last chance then order my parts make sure you have all bits and pieces including gas and subtract the fuel charge for my trips and I'll remove this post. My last post reviewed over 100 000 times so consider this.....for your business seeing you have 23 competitive tyre shops in Richards Bay. Your sincerely service demander.
