Arrived at 10:15 this morning to have all four shock-absorbers replaced (new units supp**** by me) After 2 hours waiting the Tire remover eventually started working on the front left wheel assembly, and after much hammering and blacksmithing and brute force with a 2Kg hammer, succeeded in removing the assembly. I was the called and told that my suspension linkages were also worn out, and needed replacing, but when I said they had been replaced within the last 5000km, the story changed to the tie-rod ends were worn out, which the were not, as I personally replaced them within the last 5000km. I questioned the skill-set of the tire remover that assessed my "worn out" tie rod ends. After seeing the way he was working, hammering away at a precision part like the front wheel bearing housing, I asked that everything just be reassembled and returned as it was before, and I would take my car to someone that had competent trained staff, that knew what they were doing. I was called at 15h00 to say my car was ready, but the wipers would not work after having been removed. Then, on starting the car the electric power steering also would not work. I informed Amanda on a number of occasions that I have very bad PTSD, and I have an anger management problem when it comes to incompetence. I eventually took my vehicle, as it was, with no working wipers and no power steering, as I do not have time to waste standing watching clueless people poking around in my car wiring. And to top it all.... I was told that because they did not drive my car in their workshop, they have no way of knowing my power steering wasnt broken all the time.... Well-well.... call me a **** as well

Stay far away from this bad excuse of unskilled wannabe tire fitters... I will probably see them in court for damages.
