Bad customer service

Gave in car to get the timing done after head was overhauled. After that they found that the head was done incorrectly. Sent it in to engineering again. <br> <br> After calling them numerous times to find out what is going on, every time they said they are waiting for the head to be finished which would have been a 1 day job. They finally said that the engineering shop has closed for December and it's not their problem, because they cannot get hold of the engineering shop. <br> <br> Extremely bad customer service.
