Delay in refund from Showspace,,,Shanon speaking

Worst experience ever!!! I saw. A product, I phoned to confirm the contents, I ordered and half of the goods were delivered. I phoned to enquire and the guy who picks up all the calls, Shanon or whatever, tells me the iitem was advertised wrong and they knew that before my order was dispatched, but they didnt bother to contact to cancel, withdraw and refund in full. I phoned again, and the same said that should send it back, apologised for their error and promised my full refund. He promised that management have approved refund by Monday, 28th November 2022. Its Friday 2nd December 2022 and no refund received. Followed up again after 4: 30 and still he **** about following up, or sending any proof of payment. *** is the number that is manned by the same guy no matter what option you press. He does not contact via email as per auto reply when you send emails to them. Is this guy a *******, a *********, or just a ****? Now when i pikne he wont answer the phone.
