WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

We brought a Merc A class at the Stormvoël branch! For a fairly high amount. The first few months we had no trouble with the car, when buying the car the confirmed the one side view mirror sensors is giving trouble and that they will order a new one, it took about 9 months to sort out.

We have took the car to the mechanic that is a contractor for Sunward motors to replace the mirror and the cars engin light came on. He said it's only sensors. We took the car to Mercedes and the confirmed it has nothing to do with the sensors it was die thermostat that was faulty.

When we had the car with the contact mechanic for Sunward motor to work on the car, we had a tracer in the car at the time and we saw that is mechanic has driven around with the car to buy groceries and go to the dentist when he has to replace the mirror of the car!

The sales consultant confirmed a spair key will be provided to us, it's 3 years later we are still waiting for the spair key!

When we bought the car they confirmed the tyres is newly replaced and we do not have to stress about the tyres. When it was time to replace the tyres out wheel bearings and stabilizer links needed to be replaced. The Merc A class needs to run on runflats and NONE of the tyres where runflats and that is the reason we need to replace the wheel bearings and the stabilizer links.. they are ******!

They said that the car is up to standard and nothing wrong. We had to replace the following stuff after buying the car -Battery -Alternator -Stabilizer links -Wheel bearings -Thermostats -Compressor -Whole aircone system! -Mirror -Turbo

Me and my husband has been through helll with this car the last 2 years!

Don't buy a car from them, they sell it at a ridiculous price and the car id almost falling apart! And they are just not helpful!
