Unhappy customer

I was promised spare keys, dents to be removed, Rims to be re done as they had scratches. Till today been the 8th or 10th month, not even a single call and all I wanted now was just spare keys as the rest I fixed myself. My whatsaap messages gets ignored. When I call i get an answer by saying will call you back, when I complain about the service Jan says he's a business man and always busy.
