The first 7 star rating! Yes I said it!

Never have I received such exceptional service!!!

On a Monday in early January I went in to view a car I saw listed on Sunward Motors website. I was received by a gentleman named Martin. He showed me the car and presented me with all the information I requested pertaining to the car including a THOROUGH explanation of the trade in procedure. I was so impressed with the serviced received that I was ready to sign the papers right there and then! (Unfortunately I was on work lunch break and had to head back to the office) He told me to supply him with the information of my current car for trade in and he'll take care of everything.

I received a call the following day from Martin (at 09h30, mind you) informing me that my "New Baby" is ready for me and all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line. Upon perusal of the agreement - I was not only impressed with the speed and accuracy of how everything was processed, but everything from the installment plan to the interest rate and the offer I received for my trade in (ps - thank you Andre and Ramona😉)The entire package was just PERFECT! The absolute perfect gift!

I wasted no time and signed on the dotted line! Upon collection that same afternoon, the car was pristine, and practically wrapped in a bow (like I said, The Perfect Gift)
