Not trust worthy

I had very bad experience. I spot the ideal bakkie just before the holiday. I phoned the morning and paid the deposit. They told me that they are keeping the vehicle. The next day I got I WhatsApp to say that they sold the vehicle to someone else. Then I had to wait a week to get my deposit back.
