Its 2 months and i am still waiting for my refund

2 months ago i put a deposit of a R1000.00 down for a Caravel combi, unfortunately the balance of the money could not be released from my bank so i withdraw the deal. The sales men from Sunward Motors promised me that the R1000.00 will be deposited into my account. Till today nothing has been done.<br> I called several times and I spoke to the manager Marcus who promised to call me back and it was not done.<br> <br> This is pathetic service. I want my money back as promised.
