Extremely ****ed!

I bought a car on the 3rd Jan 2016 there were missing parts of the car, Tianna promised that they would be delivered in a week's time it's over a month I called them numerous times I haven't been assisted all I get is promises. Today I spoke to someone called Marcus he said he would get Tianna to call me that hasn't happened, it's devastating promises but no delivery!
