Don't put yourself through this.

We purchased a vehicle from them in May 2022. The spare key was part of the deal. It is July 2022 and we still don't have the spare key. The car has also given multiple problems and has cost close on R20K to fix up to now. Every time we fix something, something else is found that needs repair. Thus far the clutch and flywheel had to be replaced, the sump had to be replaced as the sump plug was totally stripped and could not be removed for an oil service. The coils and spark plugs were completely worn and needed replacing. Two tyres had to be replaced as they were damaged beyond repair on the inner wall. One CV boot had to be replaced as it leaked grease, the oil cooler seals had to be replaced as it leaked oil into every part of the engine and transmission. We are hoping that we have finally fixed everything.

We will probably have to buy a new spare key and have it coded, at a cost of more than R4000. This while we know someone out there has a key to our vehicle.

We have contacted them to give them a fair chance at being honest business people. We have been totally ignored - much like these Hello Peter reviews are totally ignored. I am not surprised, but we did try to be fair and contact them first before placing a bad review.
