Don't buy from Sunward until they've delivered everything promised...

Initially good service from Jan but don't expect to get what they promise after the sale. There was a part of the vehicle missing that we were promised 100 times would be sourced soon after purchase but it's been more than a year now and still nothing. Even after we did the legwork to find prices and availability. They just want to sell at any cost and from other comments on here, we are not alone in this regard. They don't even respond. So whatever you do, make 100% sure you do not buy from them until everything promised is received...
