Complaint of bad Service / Treatment

Today is the 27th October 2015. We bought a Jeep 2.4 2004 from Sunward Motors in East Lynne. Sighned the contract on the 14th September 2015.They send the car for service in the 5 day cooling period.This means that in fact we had NO cooling period. We made a short list of faults (5), they agreed to get it fixed and said we must have the car with them on the 28th September 2015, which we done.It has been with them ever since. On the 13th September 2015 we were told that the car are ready and can be collected on the 13th September afternoon late, but still no car. Since then Pieter ***ner) and Marcus (Manager)just made promises for delivery. (Is ******,sold, or has just disappeared?). We do not even know the were abouts of this vehicle. Not even MFC seems to be interested in helping us.
