Bought a ****** vehicle, sitted without a vehicle for 7 months, 2 and a half years back, vehicle still on my name

<p>I bought a 2005 Audi A4 2.0 T by them.</p> <p>After collecting the vehicle and driving 5 km the vehicle oil pressure light came on.</p> <p>they took the vehicle and waited more then a month for it to be repaired.</p> <p>After the veicle was repaired and i took delivery of the vehicle it leaked oil and coolant and i arranged with them to repair it myself and they would just pay for the parts becouse im a machanic.</p> <p>While repairing the vehicle i couldent get the right parts Audi said the vin i supplyed was and 1.8T and not a 2.0T so i wnet to the vehicle looked how the part should be and i found a diferent vin number on the vehicle and i contacted the police and they convermed it and inpounded the vehicle</p> <p>So i wanted my money back but waited 6 months for it to be paid so that i can buy a nother vehicle Because they said " its not there probleme couse i reported it to the police" i still have the emails that was sent to me regarding this issue.</p> <p>I tried the ombutsman with no luck, i called westbank with no luck and i was so hopeless</p> <p>Finaly my DP at work helped me to contact one of the bosses at wesbank and i finaly got my money back.</p> <p>But its 2 and a half years after that and im realy struggling for them to take the vehicle off my name. I called the in 2015 couse i needed to put the new car on my name and couldnt becouse i cant put the vehicle on my name with the audi that licsence has expire now vant take out the new licsence couse the Audi is still on my name and has not been removed and licsence is behide again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to the owner Pieter and He is the rudes Persone i have ever came accross and he realy does not seem to be intrested to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wished i newer did bussness with them they only care for you when they are selling you a vehicle but asoon you sign and toke the vehicle and somthing goes wrong They dont worry about you</p> <p> </p> <p>If you need any info adout my case please contact me</p>
