Armrests and machanical problems

I bought a polo 6 gti in 2020 with a broken armrest, they promised to replace it, after 1 month they changed and told me that they will not replace the armrest because they never sign anywhere to show that they agreed to replace it , then again after two months the car started giving me problems with the turbo, after four month's mechatronic dead, n now after two years the engine is also dead, they are unprofessional especially JAN the salesperson very rude that one, they also **** to me about the car never got accident before but only to find the truth later from vw.
