Total let down

Installed an inverter 6000 Es, with 3.6kw dyness battery, mainly for load shedding, the installer (sent by Suntrix) was clueless on how to properly setup the inverter, all my appliances worked fine during the first round of load shedding, but after a break of six months, I have to switch off all my appliances and can now only use my basic lights and tv, the inverter continuously trips when my fridge and freezer is not switched off, Suntrix has zero customer care, they suggested I get help elsewhere and the installer refused to check my system even when I offered to pay his travel expenses, now just stuck with the load shedding kit that I spent R40000 and no help seems to be forthcoming.
