Suntrix Green Energy suppliers taking money and not delivering goods

I paid R 91 384.41 for a SMA Core 1 inverter on 9th Novemebr after confirming stock over Cellphone with Dylan. Delivery was fixed for the 14th of Nov. no delivery was made. ever. after numerous excuses and delays and missed deadlines, I decided to cancel the deal after consulting with my client. That was on the 1st of December 2022. I sent email and advised that they should refund asap. On Monday the 5th Dylan informed me that they were going to pay in portions (dont know why) and he sent me proof of payments for half the funds the next day. However only R 15692.80 was paid into my account. No other funds was received, and Dylan once again told me it was a bank mistake, and that it would be re-submitted the next day. It is now the 15th of December and no funds were received back, and Suntrix people are just delaying even more with more lies. This forced me to go the legal route.
