Dont Use

Customer called me to do an installation on products supp**** from Suntrix, items were brand you. On installing the inverter was faulty, spent R1500 to return the goods and finally get the item booked in under warranty.

After installing the battery is now faulty, i have send the battery in after spending another R1000 trying to get it in over the pass 6 days. Customer is now demanding i refund. Horrible Suntrix solar has now told me the battery is not covered under their warranty. This is ridiculous. I have called them over 15 times each day over the past 6 days with nothing but disappoint from being transferred to 7 different people. What a joke of a company
