DO NOT USE!!!

I bought a Sunsynk 5kw inverter from Suntrix in early February. After many excuses and delivery promises i still have no inverter. My order was cancelled by them due to a order mix up with a promise of an immediate refund and C.O.D payment when i receive my inverter the following week. I mailed Dylan and asked to send me proof of payment . Received proof of payment but the proof did not look like one generated from a bank. Then more excuses that i need to wait 48 hours. I am still awaiting a complete refund!
