I am writing this with great disappointment and disgust in how operations are being run in this company. They are a complete bunch of ******.

I made a reservation for the Ford Ranger on the 6th November 2021, and made payment, which were confirmed to have been received by finance department.

On the day of pick up, I was given the run around, sent from pillar to post, and the company failed to deliver. It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to make alternate arrangements at additional costs.

I have been phoning and texting for days regarding my refund which was promised to be given to me on the 27th November 2021. I was referred to the CEO'sPA who has been nothing but rude and not of assistance at all. She either ignores my calls or drops them while I am speaking.

All I want is my money back, I never received the service requested, therefore does not make sense why getting my refund is such a mission. Nobody calls or texts as follow up, instead I have to keep phoning at my own costs. It has been beyond frustrating.

I don't want anything else from this sham of a company, just my money. I would never advise anyone to do business with this company. They are a bunch of ******, unprofessional and rude. Worst I've ever come across.
