Terrible experience with owner and service

Did the tinting on my bakkie canopy in November 2024. Wat was supposed to be a straight forward task turned into *******. Windows edges were cut off,air bubbles on all windows. Only after several attempts to contact the owner Hettie Mundall came to check on the problems and promised to repair it. Hettie made several appointments for repair work but never showed up, each time having a lame excuse. We came to a point we're Hettie Mundall owner of Suntinco tinting committed into refunding the money. Up to date no refund has been done, and every time when she actually answers my calls or what's app messages she only make new promises. In my view Suntinco tinting is a no-go for bussines. Unprofessional, unreliable, poor quality off work and the attitude towards customers (aspesialy by the owner Hettie Mundall) failing to follow thru on promises and commitments made this a seriously bad business chose.
