SUNTINCO - WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE AND OWNER

<div>I recently had the most unfortunate experience of dealing with Suntinco Window Tinting, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon moving into my brand new house, I decided to have the windows tinted for privacy and energy efficiency. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a series of headaches, frustrations and immense expenses. To begin with, when the job was supposedly completed, I noticed scratches on several of the brand new windows. It was absolutely infuriating to see such damage on windows that were installed only recently. When I reached out to Suntinco to address this issue, their response was utterly disappointing. Apparently, their staff member had informed my domestic worker about the scratches, assuming that would suffice as communication, and that this must be from washing the windows, which was however never been washed as a company (Lemon Tree) was only supposed to come and spring clean the whole house when the tinting is done and before moving in. As the homeowner, I should have been the first point of contact regarding any issues with the property. It speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer communication. Despite assurances from +++++ the owner of Suntinco, that the problem would be rectified, I was repeatedly let down. Promises were made, appointments were scheduled, and yet nobody showed up to fix the damage. It's evident that their commitment to customer satisfaction is nothing but lip service. Now, the only viable solution to this nightmare is to replace all the glass on the windows and front door. It's an expensive and utterly unnecessary expense caused solely by Suntinco's incompetence and negligence. In conclusion, my experience with Suntinco Window Tinting has been nothing short of a disaster. Their lack of communication, poor workmanship, and failure to follow through on promises have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge anyone considering using Suntinco's services to steer clear at all costs. Their shoddy workmanship, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them utterly unfit for business. Learn from my mistake and thoroughly research a company before entrusting them with any aspect of your home. The negative reviews (Google &amp; Hello Peter) speak volumes, and I, unfortunately, learned the hard way and only came upon them after my experience. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that values integrity and customer satisfaction, believe me, Suntinco certainly isn’t it!</div>
