Poor installation and no after sale service

Suntinco installed Film (Tint) on 8 windows of our property and Smash & Grab film on our vehicle on 19 & 21 Sept '15 respectively. After installation was completed, it was pointed out to Ms. Mundell, owner of the company that we were not satisfied with the installation seeing that bubbles were clearly visible. In response, Ms. Mundell stated that the bubbles will disappear after a period of 30 days. In the process of installation of the Smash & Grab film on the vehicle, bubbles were also visible and damage was caused to the central locking system of the vehicle. Other service providers rendering the same service was approached for advise and we were told that once film is forming bubbles, it can not be prepared and will be permanent. Since we have lodged a complaint with Ms. Mundell in an email dated 22 Sept '15, we have made countless phone calls & emails to request that the film be replaced in terms of their warranty policy. Various appointments were made until this date (18Jan'16) but they just never pitched up, always lame excuses. Almost 4 month after we have complaint and Suntinco is not adhering to their warranty policy. Stay away from this company for your film needs!
