False Promises

I am still battling to get my refund back from Suntico, After numerous sms's, they continue to say that they will refund me but every excuse under the sun. now they want to pay me back in instalments but won't say how much or when they intend to do so.<br> <br> Suntico does not respond back to my sms or phone calls. Very poor service.
