DO NOT USE SUNTINCO!!!!

This company came to install tint on my car, on 18 September 2025. The day Hettie came she asked to sit in my lounge for the entire time her workers were busy with the car. When they left, she told me that the bubbles would disappear after 48 hours. Upon my own inspection after they left, I found so many faults in my car. Her workers had burnt a hole in my roof lining, and some parts were also not put back. She told me the guy who burnt it will be held liable and that it will be deducted from his salary. They would then return on Monday to assess all the issues. They returned to check and put back the loose parts they had removed. She then returned a few days later to sort out the tint. So now here I am, nearly 3 months later, and I am the one who has to call, WhatsApp, and run after her to have my roof lining replaced. She does not keep to her appointments. Makes promises she does not keep. At first she said the worker should pay, then she told me her insurance would pay, then it was a story that she must put money together. She made an appointment for today, and yet she did not pitch. She does not confirm the time of the appointments, nor does she call and keep you updated. I must call and run after her. Just like all the other reviews made by previous clients, she is most likely to say that I am lying. She said that about other reviews on this platform. She is unreliable and her work ethic is pathetic.
