Disgrace of tint

Did the tint on my car with edges cut off so the whole window is not covered. Bubbles and scratches on every window. When asked to come fix it Hettie Mundall said she will come the next morning, next morning comes and then a new excuse and promise to come the next day. When the next day comes more excuses and doesn't come at all. She gives a 7 year guarantee but doesn't follow up on anything.
