WORST EXPERIENCE FROM SUN TANK SOLAR

We've been a customer of Sun Tank Solar for more than 10 years. Our experience with them is the worst ever. They've replaced the old system with a new one during January 2022. However, this system failed after a few weeks. We've paid more than R10 000 for system which was supposed to have a ten year warranty. Unfortunately trying to phone them to report a problem, it seemed as if they do not want to assist. We tried to get hold of Hellen every time but could not find her. Phone calls ended at the office of Margaret (Reception) but nobody phoned us back. Yesterday we decided to drive to Pretoria to their offices in Silverton. We found their premises vacated. Someone told us to go to Koedoe****rt but even this visit was a frustration. They did not want to open their premises for us. Now we have a major problem. It seemed as if they do not want to assist us. Paying a lot of money for a system that does not even work properly ! Everybody should be aware of these people. Our journey with them in all these years was the worst ever from any service provider/business. We need to mention that we are people of over 80 and travelling to them, trying to sort out our problem, was frustrating.
