Suntank Bad Service

I am so drained from trying to do business with Suntank. It's been weeks now trying to get them to replace my geyser. The communication is so bad, you will stand on the line for about 15 minutes just for the call to be answered if you are lucky and then its either the lady who should be helping you is not available or not at work.
